If your site was not built by our company, we want to make sure we can safely update your site and we require a one-time technical audit. You will receive a report of our findings and we will let you know of any potential risks. This service typically is about 4-hours of billable time for a standard, brochure style site (not e-commerce).
Fine Print
Minor tech support and minor updates to content are usually limited to tasks under 20 minutes and total 1 hour maximum per month. Overages on time will be billed monthly at our hourly rate.
Extended tech support
and updates to content are usually tasks 30 min or more and total 3 hours maximum per month. Overages on time will be billed monthly at our hourly rate.
Hosting with caching and SSL certificate
can be added to any plan. Hosting will be restricted by bandwidth usage and site size. PCI Compliance for e-commerce sites will incur additional charges. Our Hosting services require ongoing website maintenance with us.
Packages are billed monthly
and any time in excess of package allowance will be billed at our regular hourly rate. Prepaid additional unused time does not roll from month to month, acquire only what you need. Maintenance hours are not lost.
Banking maintenance hours
Maintenance hours can be used on any of the services listed with your package. Unused hours are not lost and can be banked up to 12 months for use on larger projects, like remodeling your site.
Bonus Hours
Bonus hours are earned every 12 continuous months that you stay with your plan. They can be used for a site rebuild, which is crucial to keep your website performing at its best.
